THE NEW VERSION OF TACHOSCAN CONTROL 4.0.14

Today, the latest version of TachoScan Control 4.0.14 was made available and can be downloaded from our server at: tachoscancontrol.com/en/download/

In the new version of the software, the following significant changes were introduced:

• Graphic designation of infringements related to drivers’ working time on charts
• The tolerance can be set for the start country and end of work entries
• Displaying news from tachoscancontrol.com directly in the TachoScan Control® software
• Country-specific changes:
  • Poland: Additional options regarding the Polish Tariff effective as of 03.09.2018
  • Czech Republic, Germany: Update of selected protocols
  • The new language version of the program – Macedonian language was added ()

IMPORTANT CHANGES

Graphic designation of infringements related to drivers’ working time law on charts

 On the weekly and monthly charts (menu: “Reports” -> “Weekly chart” and “Reports” -> “Monthly chart”), a graphic designation of the following work time infringements was added:

• exceeding 60 hours of work per week
• exceeding (average) weekly working time of 48 h
• exceeding the limit of 10 working hours if working at night
• exceeding 6 hours of work without the required break

The tolerance can be set for the start country and end of work entries

In the “Settings” -> “Analysis settings” -> “Tolerance” menu, options allowing to set the tolerance for the start country and end of work entries were added:

• Accept the start country entry up to x minutes after the start of the daily work period (default setting is 1 min)
• Accept the end country entry up to x minutes before the end of the daily work period – the default setting is 1 min)

Displaying news from www.tachoscancontrol.com directly in the TachoScan Control® software

In the main menu, a   button was added that opens the “News” tab, in which information from the tachoscancontrol.com website is presented.

If you are upgrading from version 3.x or lower during the first launch of the latest version, automatic activation to the latest version of TachoScan Control 4.0.14 is performed, therefore it is recommended to do the first launch with an Internet connection active. If the internet connection is not available, it will be necessary to contact our service department in order to perform manual activation.
