The new version of TachoScan Control, TachoScan Control 4.0.3 is now available. Check out the new functionalities.

The following significant changes were introduced in the new release:
- A new mechanism for analysing data from driver cards and tachographs was added, allowing the data to be processed faster through initial analysis and consolidation of readings. In addition, the new version of the program automatically analyses the files and supplements the data previously saved in the system.
- A new division of infringements has been introduced in line with the new Commission Regulation (EU) 2016/403 of 18 March 2016.
- In the case of roadside checks based on the selected country, in the “Country of registration” field, the appropriate time zone is automatically set as well as the option to use the summer/winter time shift (daylight saving time). Thanks to the new infringement analysis module, the program automatically takes into account the daylight saving time, which prevents the occurrence of infringements in case of changing from summer to winter time and from winter to summer time.
- The new version automatically calculates the distance travelled for driving events based on detailed speed data from the last 24 hours of driving (or the last 168 hours of driving for reading S files). The new distance calculation method significantly enhances the accuracy of previous results approximated by the kilometres recorded by the tachograph.
If you are upgrading from version 3.x or lower during the first run of the latest version, automatic activation to the latest version of the program is performed, so it is recommended to do the first run of the latest version with an active Internet connection. If the Internet connection is not available you will need to contact our service department for manual activation.
