LE CONTROLEUR BRITANNIQUE DVSA A CHOISI NOTRE LOGICIEL TACHOSCAN CONTROL !

Le britannique Driver & Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA), ancien VOSA, un des plus grands organismes de contrôle du transport routier en Europe, a choisi le logiciel TachoScan Control de la société Inelo.

DVSA, contrôleur national britannique, exerce son activité en Écosse, au Pays de Galles et en Angleterre. En 2014, il a remplacé Vehicle and Operator Services Agency (VOSA). Il fonctionne depuis 2003 avec un effectif de 4500 personnes.

Le marché portait sur 294 licences mais l’agence prévoit déjà d’en acheter 9 supplémentaires. Le logiciel TachoScan Control était en compétition avec plusieurs logiciels de toute l’Europe et a été soumis à une série de tests à l’issue desquels il a été jugé l’outil le plus professionnel pour les services de contrôle du temps de travail des conducteurs.

Lors de sa mise en œuvre, de nouvelles fonctionnalités ont été intégrées dans le logiciel pour l’adapter pleinement aux besoins de DVSA. A la fin, les formateurs INELO ont dispensé une formation hebdomadaire en Grande Bretagne pour 30 formateurs qui instruiront, à leur tour, d’autres contrôleurs. La formation de deux jours a été suivie par deux groupes de 15 personnes. A l’issue de la série de formatons, la société INELO a reçu un retour très positif dont il résulte que le logiciel accélèrera et facilitera considérablement le travail des contrôleurs. Très vite, car dès le lendemain de la formation, les contrôleurs eux-mêmes ont détecté des manipulations à l’aide de TachoScan Control lors d’un contrôle routier.

Une fois les licences fournies et le logiciel mis en œuvre, trois organismes de contrôle du transport routier utilisent déjà TachoScan Control en Grande Bretagne : DVSA (ancien VOSA), DVA et la police.
